PHILLIS STOKES
Hello. My name is Phillis Stokes and I am the current Delegate at Large for the Bronx. I have been a Traffic Enforcement Agent for about 9 years. I became a TEA on November 21, 1997 and was assigned to T-201. From September 1999 to the present I have been working out of T-202.
In April 2005, I decided that I wanted to become an office Delegate for my command because I saw the need for my fellow members to be represented when they had problems or concerns. There are times when our members are and have been hesitant to ask questions and voice their concerns regarding the agency.
In the future, I hope that I can help to address these issues and concerns that the membership in the Bronx may have and I am looking forward to continuing to grow within the organization and as a Traffic Enforcement Agent.
